Are you submitting cutover-blocking issues through BitTitan standard support queue even when the situation qualifies for escalation?
BitTitan provides multiple support tiers with different response time commitments. Standard support runs through the ticket queue, with response times typically measured in hours. Partner-tier support offers faster response times for organizations in the BitTitan partner program. For active cutover events where a migration blockage has defined business impact, priority support escalation may be available.
For a cutover-blocking issue, the fastest escalation path is: first submit a standard ticket with all required diagnostic data, then call BitTitan support line and request escalation. Phone support will use the ticket number from the portal submission to locate the case and move it within their internal queue.
If you call without a ticket already created, the support engineer cannot access your project data and cannot begin investigating until a ticket exists. Creating the ticket first, then calling, avoids that delay.
When you are working within a maintenance window that has a hard end time, putting the cutover window closure time in the ticket subject line often conveys urgency more effectively than describing the technical issue alone.
Do you have BitTitan escalation contact path documented in your migration cutover runbook before the maintenance window opens?
