When you are managing multi-tenant or multi-customer migration programs, MSPComplete provides a consolidated dashboard for customers, projects, and connectors instead of forcing you to juggle separate MigrationWiz project logins.

In two acquisition migrations I managed two separate tenant pairs, each with its own endpoints, user lists, and scheduling windows. Given that scope, running them as separate MigrationWiz projects without MSPComplete was the practical approach.

Where MSPComplete earns its place is at scale, when you have parallel migrations running across 10 or 20 customer tenants. At that volume, consolidated reporting across projects alone can justify the added workflow layer.
