Do you know that BitTitan User Migration Bundle licenses expire, and what that means if a license hits its term while jobs are still running?

BitTitan UMB licenses are term-based, with a standard term of 12 months from the purchase date. When a migration program runs longer than expected and that term ends before all migration passes are finished, expired UMBs can prevent you from running additional migration jobs for those accounts.

If your program stretches beyond 6 months from project creation to final cutover, license expiry needs to be part of the schedule planning. A timeline with pre-stage passes kicking off in month one and a final cutover planned for month 11 leaves very little buffer before those licenses time out.

This risk is even higher in acquisition migrations, where the acquisition close date can slip. Licenses purchased at signing and used to build the project may end up expiring around the time the migration was originally expected to finish, timing that may no longer match the revised plan.
