Are you paying for BitTitan UMB licenses still assigned to users in old completed projects?

UMB licenses are consumed when assigned to a user account within a MigrationWiz project. Once a UMB is assigned and that user runs a migration job, the license is consumed. If licenses were assigned in projects that never ran, or projects cancelled before any jobs executed, those licenses may be eligible for reactivation or transfer depending on BitTitan policy.

To audit, go into the BitTitan customer portal and open the license management section. Review UMB consumption across every project under your account, and flag projects where licenses were assigned but no migration jobs executed. Then submit a BitTitan support ticket that includes the specific project ID and user list for license review.

This check is most useful at the end of a fiscal year or during a project budget reconciliation cycle. Unused licenses sitting in abandoned projects can be a recoverable budget item, but only if you request it before the license expiry period.
