Are you configuring BitTitan endpoints using your personal admin account instead of a dedicated migration service account?
When endpoints are built with a personal admin identity, you create a single point of failure. If that admin password changes, MFA or conditional access policy shifts, or the account is disabled for any reason, every active MigrationWiz endpoint using those credentials can fail at once. If that happens during a pre-stage pass, it impacts every job running in the project.
A dedicated migration service account eliminates that failure mode. It exists only for BitTitan connectivity, the migration team controls its password rotation schedule, and its conditional access exclusion is managed independently from standard user policies.
In two acquisition migration programs, I created dedicated service accounts in both the source and destination tenants before creating any BitTitan endpoint. We documented the naming convention, password policy, and CA exclusion group in the migration runbook before cutover planning even began.
Is your BitTitan endpoint authentication tied to a personal admin account or a dedicated migration service account?
