6 Countries, Multiple Clients, Hyper Care M365 Support

Is your post-migration support model designed for a single timezone, and does that match where your users actually are?

During one past project, I resolved post-migration M365 issues for clients across 6 countries. That’s not a detail about scale, but it’s a constraint on how troubleshooting has to work.

A permission issue that surfaces at 8 AM in Germany lands on your queue at 2 AM Eastern. If your support model assumes someone will pick it up at 9 AM US time, the user has been blocked for 7 hours.

The cross-workload troubleshooting that comes up after the M365 migration is specific: shared mailbox delegation failures, conditional access policy blocks because the new tenant’s policies are stricter than the source, and OneDrive client sync errors caused by the UPN change not propagating to the sync client configuration.

Those issues are diagnosable remotely with the right tenant access and a structured triage approach. What makes them hard is the timezone gap between where the issue surfaces and where the engineer is.

How does your Hyper Care support model handle issues that surface outside your primary time zone?
